That website is incorrect. The Quadro RTX 3000 has equally as many shaders as does the GeForce RTX 2060; in fact, they are exactly the same card.. I owned the Quadro RTX 3000 (albeit in the thicker and heavier Precision 7530; here are some benchmarks vis-à-vis the Quadro P3200 (same card as notebook GTX 1060 mobile), and the Quadro RTX 5000 (same card as desktop RTX 2080 SUPER).
