Have the exact same issue with my 2015 f150 sync. The solution I found that works 100% of the time is removing the radio or the sync fuse from the fuse block and putting it back in a could seconds later. Still rarely disconnects but this fixes it every time so far. So I recently got a new computer with a mag b550 tomahawk max wifi which on the box says it comes with bluetooth 5.2 and when i first got the computer bluetooth wasnt working and then it randomly started working for a few days and no longer works.
