Changing Language on Battle.net. Launch Battle.net. Find and click on Modern Warfare 2 in your ‘ Games ‘ library. Click on the blue gear icon next to the ‘ Play ‘ button. Go to ‘ Game Settings ‘. Find the ‘ Text & Spoken Language ‘ option. Select your desired language and press ‘ Ok ‘. ‘Game Settings’ Tab on Battle.net.

Also, maybe the game loads the files if you change this in Registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Activision\Modern Warfare 3 -> language to ENU. also the Wow6432Node is not there on 32-bit OS's.
